New metric Facebook will bring negative feedback

The Facebook is developing a new metric for analyzing the behavior of users within the Facebook Insights. The new system now is the analysis of negative feedback on the posts published in the pages of social networking.

Who reports the news is Steve Allard, Site Metrics Wise, who says the new feature, administrators can access Facebook pages a feature called "engaged users" (something like "users involved") published in the posts on your website social networking, and see how many users hide these posts in their respective timelines, or even those who gave negative feedback on the news that you published.

This is an important tool for those who use Facebook to disseminate content. With these data, those responsible for information management in social media not only can analyze the level of approval of a content between users, but also add to your statistics the rejection rate of the same content, which is something equally important to analyze the published content. This will certainly bring some changes in behavior among those who are posting on Facebook, tending to more carefully define a criterion for publication of interesting and relevant content to users.

The new metric is being tested and not all managers have access to the resource pages. The trend is that the tool is available to all users over time, even though Facebook has not given any estimate of when this might happen. Steve Allard, the new tool is extremely useful negative feedback, just for motivating positive changes of content published.
